It is organized under the Nonprofit Public Benefit Corporation Law for public purposes. The MARINA STEERING COMMMITTE, INC. shall observe the spirit of A.A. tradition, taking great care that the committee never becomes the seat of perilous wealth or

COMMITTEE, INC. shall never perform any acts of government; and that, like the Society of Alcoholics Anonymous, the MARINA STEERING
COMMITTEE,INC. itself will always remain democratic in action and intent.
